Roger Mayou was born in 1954, and studied at the Universities of Munich and Geneva, obtaining a degree in art history. Mr Mayou was assistant curator at the Museum of Art and History in Fribourg, Switzerland. He later became artistic advisor at the UBS. In June 1998, he was appointed Director of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum. |
